  1. Senior Network Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will assist and manage a team of engineers to design, implement, troubleshoot and optimize networks for our clients. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and delegation skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture.

Your goal will be to establish networks that cater to customer needs.


  • Design, deploy and implement functional networks infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
  • Configure network devices including Routers, Firewalls and Switches (Cisco and others)
  • Design, deploy and implement security network infrastructure (DMVPN, IPsec, Remote access VPN)
  • Configure network-based intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
  • Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
  • Monitor network performance and integrity
  • Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting local and remote infrastructure
  • Analyses, identifies, and resolves network infrastructure operational issues related to VPN, Voice and data communication
  • Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
  • Mentor team members on technical issues
  • Create, oversee and test security measures
  • Continuously documents network infrastructure and changes affecting it
  • Develops and documents network infrastructure models, diagrams, processes and procedures, as well as development and composition of new concepts, architectures and solutions

  • Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
  • 4+ years overall experience with Cisco Network Solutions
  • A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • Professional certification (CCNP R&S, CCNP Security, desirable CCNA Voice)
  • Advanced skills in planning, designing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
  • Solid background in network administration and architecture
  • In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) and switching protocols as Trunking, VLANs, L2, L3, QoS
  • Knowledge of security network devices (firewalls, switches, router, cryptography, etc.) and other security networking hardware/software tools.
  • Knowledge of various perimeter security solutions technologies in the data center and branch office environments including firewalls, remote access VPNs, IPS/IDS systems
  • Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge implementing, configuring, integrating and supporting the network security with Cisco ASA Firewall, Firepower, FTD, FMC, Kemp Load balancers, Cisco ISE, security solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting experience of Cisco routers switches, firewalls
  • Voice experience is an added advantage
  • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (SolarWinds, PRTG network tools)
  • Ability to work independently and on group

  1. Junior Network Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks for existing and new clients to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role can include designing network configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.


  • Maintain and support the existing LAN/WAN/VPN topology including Cisco switches, routers, access points, and Firewalls
  • Manage operational network support, including day-to-day network changes, maintenance, enhancements and emergency response, as required.
  • Designs, configures, and maintains local and wide area networks (LAN /WAN/VPN) at all our existing and new clients
  • Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
  • Monitor and respond to network outages and service requests to troubleshoot and remediate network issues
  • Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Maintain detailed network configuration and security documentation and facilitate changes in documentation and network monitoring as devices are added and retired from the network

Job Description

  1. Junior Systems Engineer


The Junior Systems Engineer is assigned as part of Senior System Team that will assist to monitor, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems at company costumers. The Junior System Engineer with report to the Head of System Integrations, will partner with other department teams as members to promote the CIS mission and help support our growth. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the mid-level and senior Systems Engineers in the support of the technology infrastructure needs of the organization. This position would also encompass telephone support (land line and mobile), desktop support, server administration and if necessary, network administration.


  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the information technology infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and patch schedules.
  • Create, schedule and monitor system backups.
  • Administration of Windows server environments.
  • Administration of VMware environments.
  • Implement security controls and adhere to the organization security policies and procedures.
  • Provide server and desktop support.
  • Report as needed, to management regarding project status.
